Refund & Return Policy
Customers can return the un-used purchased product within 30 days of receive for a refund. However, they have to provide a reasonable explanation including: if the product does meet description, is default, and doesn't fit the purpose. If 30 Days have gone since your delivery date, there is no assurance we can offer you and exchange or refund.
Eligibility for refund defined as below:
- The product is Un-used and in the same initial condition.
- Original Packaging.
- 20% stocking fees for returns.
- We deduct 20% of initial purchase price;
- provide proof of purchase (reciept).

Once we receive your return we inspect the product. Then we will send you an email notifying you about our decision regarding approval or rejection of your refund claim. We process your claim immediately once approved.

Exchanges (if Applicable)
We are only bound to replace products your purchased that is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us to get Authorization Grant Number (AGN) and we are happy to assist you.
You are resonposible to pay for your return shipping costs. Please insure that we receive your return. we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returns.
